Payment details
£100 deposit on confirmation of a place is necessary to secure a booking. This can be paid easily by bank transfer, the rest of the fees should be paid in full at least 4 weeks before the arrival date. You can begin the enrolment procedure by applying.
Our bank details can be found on the 'prices' page and can be pasted into your online banking service. Please note that prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and that all bank charges and transfer charges must be met by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that you have a right to a full refund if cancellation is effected within 7 days of payment.
Otherwise:
We will keep the administration fee of £30 in all cases.
For students not requiring immigration visas:
- If you cancel 6 or more weeks before your course, we will refund the whole of the course fee including your deposit of £100
- If you cancel 3 - 5 weeks (22 - 42 days) before the course starts, we will refund 50% of the course fee
- If you cancel under 3 weeks (0 - 21 days) before the course starts, we will not refund any of the course fees. The full amount must be paid
- Refunds will only be transferred back into the account used for payment.
Students applying for visas are a special case.
Immigration Visas
British Immigration can be strict. If you need a visa you should apply for it well in advance. It is usually not difficult for young people to get a study visa but you may need to prove that the course is useful to you and that it is affordable. We will provide a letter for you, giving details of your course and our projected aims for your learning.
We can only provide a letter of recommendation when the course fee has been paid. If your visa application is unsucessful we will then refund all your course fees, and will keep only the £30 administration fee. Please note that you will also have to cover any charges for the money to be returned.
