Senior

All Senior Students have three hours of classes per day. These typically focus on improving grammatical accuracy, building vocabulary, and developing confidence and fluency when speaking. There is a maximum of 8 students per class, allowing for rapid progress and lots of personal attention.

There is an additional academic workshop per week, followed by extended homework projects. Here, students focus on analysing longer reading texts and developing their writing.

Senior Students have sport and social programmes twice a day on three weekdays, and once on the days they have the academic sessions.

9 First lesson: Grammar and structure.

10 Second lesson: Vocabulary: ‘people and personalities’.

11 Free hour: book reading and talking with friends in the garden.

12 Third lesson: Speaking practice: ‘debating techniques’.

1 Lunch with staff and students.

3 Afternoon Programmes for Seniors:

5.30 Homework – learning vocabulary with classmates.

6.15 Talk with friends, read books, play indoor/outdoor games.

7 Dinner staff and students.

8 Evening Programmes for Seniors:

11 Bedtime.
